Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Stotos platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Stotos provides a modular SaaS analytics platform for WooCommerce store owners. The service connects to your store via API credentials, analyzes data, and delivers actionable insights through a web dashboard.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
  • All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
  • A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts with no credit card required.
  • After the trial, you must add a payment method to continue using paid modules.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Use automated tools to excessively scrape or abuse the API.

5. Data and Security

You retain ownership of all data from your WooCommerce store. You grant Stotos a limited license to access and process this data solely to provide the service. We encrypt all API credentials at rest using AES-256-GCM.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stotos is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Stotos is registered.
